Starvation is a crisis in slow motion. Instead of being overtaken by some cataclysmic event, hunger creeps in slowly and continuously. Sinking in mercilessly, without hesitation into the children. Filling the children with desperation, despair and hopelessness. Who is there to help them? Who will be there to hear their pleas for help? Who is there to give that soft loving embrace and heart in their comfort? It must be you!! Food is so important.
Please help us help them one at a time, bringing them in from the desolation to a place that they can call home that looks like a mansion to them, with food, wearing clean clothes and being loved.
